Registration will be open from January 9 to February 23, 2024. Because of the length of time it takes to get uniforms, no late registrations will be accepted this season.

Player evaluations for 10U and 12U baseball as well as minors and majors softball ONLY will be February 17 and February 24, 2024 in the Jr. High gym and the main gym at WEBO.  On February 17, 10U evaluations will be from 10am to 11am, and 12U evaluations will be from 12pm to 1pm.  On February 24, 10U evaluations will be from 1pm to 2pm and 12U evaluations will be from 2pm to 3pm.  Players only need to attend ONE evaluation.

There will be an equipment swap during the player evaluations on February 17 and 24, 2024.  Families with tee ball, baseball, and softball equipment their children have outgrown are encouraged to bring the equipment to player evaluations.  Players can then swap their old equipment for equipment that fits.  Players do NOT need to drop off any used equipment in order to participate in the swap. 

There will also be an equipment swap during meet the coach on March 16th from 1:30 to 2:30 in the main gym and Jr High gym at WEBO.

Coaches' clinics for baseball will be February 17, 2024 from 11am to 12pm and March 2, 2024 from 2pm to 3pm in the Jr. High gym and the main gym at WEBO .  Anyone interested in coaching baseball should plan to attend one of these clinics.

The coaches' clinic for softball will be March 16, 2024 from 12:00-12:45 in the main gym at WEBO.  Anyone interested in coaching softball should plan to attend this clinic.

Coaches' clinics for tee ball will be March 2, 2024 from 2pm to 3pm (at the same time as the baseball coaches' clinic) in the Jr. High gym and the main gym at WEBO .  Anyone interested in coaching tee ball should plan to attend this clinic.

Equipment and packet pick up (for coaches) will be on March 2, 2024 from 1-2pm in the Jr. High gym and the aux. gym at WEBO.

Meet the coach will be on the afternoon of March 16, 2024 at WEBO in the Jr High Gym/ main gym from 1:30 to 2:30pm. This is a time for parents and players to meet their coaches and ask any questions they might have.  

Field clean up day will be on April 7, 2024 from 1:00-4:00pm.   Many hands make light work!  We will need volunteers to clean and prep the fields Thorntown and at Wells.  

Opening weekend will be April 19 and 20, 2024.  There will be an opening ceremony on April 19 as well as some baseball games.  The rest of the games will be scheduled for the 20th.

Championship week will be June 10-15, 2024 for both baseball and softball (8U, 10U, and 12U baseball and 8U, minors, and majors softball).  The schedule for the tournaments will be available closer to tournament time.

The end of the regular season is scheduled for June 15, 2024.

There will be a town hall meeting in August 2024.

Board elections will be in September 2024.
